How to Lose 10 Pounds in 2 Weeks
Here’s how to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks without having to make major adjustments to your life. I’m going to show you 2 “tricks” that will “INCITE” your body into forcibly removing 10 pounds of undigested waste matter and retained water. Not only will you lose weight, but think about how much better you will feel when all this unnecessary stuff comes POURING OUT of your body.
1. Focus on sweeping clean your colon
The colon of most overweight people has anywhere from 5-20 pounds of putrified wastes sitting in it causing you to feel sick, tired, sluggish, uninspired, bloated, constipated, and… you get the picture. Not to mention it makes you fat.
Getting rid of those nasty pounds would literally be refreshing and rejuvenate you big time. You do that with a “HYPER” fiber overload. The easiest way to do this without totally changing your diet would be to add 2 cans of black beans and 2-3 apples a day to your diet.
Add the apples as snacks (5 grams of fiber per apple) and use 1/2 to 1 full can of black beans at 2-4 of your meals. A can of black beans has 25 grams of fiber. The apples and black beans will force you to eat less without even trying.
2. How to eliminate retained water
You get rid of excess water by, ironic enough, drinking more water. If you drink a lot of water, then extra water doesn’t need to be kept in the body as an emergency.
You defeat the body’s own self-preservation mechanism that’s been working against you. Another thing, if you’re going to eat all that fiber like I suggest in tip number one, then you will need to drink extra water anyway so that you don’t feel bloated and constipated. So add an extra 50 ounces of water to what you’re already drinking.
This is 1 of the easiest ways on how to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.
