It has been invented for commercial purposes to scam money from people who have too little knowledge to know better. The body is quite capable of 'cleaning' itself without any sort of "detox" or "cleanse". All the websites that are telling you how good it is are also selling something, hmm, should be a clue there! Break away, be sensible, and forget the cleansing/detoxing scam. There are NO benefits, and despite what some unfortunate uneducated people will tell you, NOTHING actually "detoxes" you. Nothing at all. It is a useless waste of money. PS. Stay far, FAR away from a "series of 3 to 5 colon irrigations". If you are trying to cleanse your colon, good old metamucil works wonders, just take it every couple of hours and don't eat anything until your are expelling nothing but the metamucil. If you are trying to cleanse your colon, good old metamucil works wonders, just take it every couple of hours and don’t eat anything until your are expelling nothing but the metamucil.
