It’s a 2-day liquid formula and the GNC dude said it would clean out my boyfriend’s and my liver, blood, and colon. Well, isn’t something supposed to come out? If anything, I haven’t been able to **** at all. Sorry for the crudeness. We asked him about a colon cleansing pill that makes everything come out in the toilet but he said if thats what we wanted then we should do this instead. Well, it’s been 2 days of drinking the 2-day bottles and nothing is happening to either one of us. What’s the hold up? Or is it a bad product? Everyone has recommended it so i assumed the sh*t would work.

I used to fast regularly. The longest I’ve fasted was for four days at a time which I did weekly. The spiritual breakthroughs I experienced were amazing. Since giving birth, I figure I will wait until my baby is weaned, probably in about 12-15 months, but if I have another baby soon, it will be possibly a couple of years before I can fast. I also used to do colon cleansing and other detox diets. I’m not really asking about that although I could REALLY REALLY use that now, I can see it in my eyes and feel it in my energy levels. I want to know your ELABORATED opinions on fasting while breastfeeding and not just “don’t do it!!!” responses. If anyone out there has done it or knows someone who’s done it, your input would be so valuable! I’m not planning to do it, just wishing and wondering. My baby is 3 months, supplemented with about 6 oz. formula daily and at the top/above her weight level for her age. Thanks for your help!

I have been suffering from colitis for 10 years. I am now 30 and I still get relapse that last a month or 2 months. I am trying to find a permanant cure if there is any. Its getting difficult to cope with it now that I have a 19 month old daughter.
