I would appreciate (if this statement about colon cleansing being negative is true) a “TRUSTWORTHY” website that shows “facts” rather than opinions about colon cleansing.

doesnt a diet tea do almost the same? does anyone know by experience? I do know that a colon cleanse and/or colon hydrotherapy are suppose to clean your system from waste but which is best?
